Summary/Abstract: The article selectively presents the research on the influence of didactic sequential proceedings with the application of tonal and rhythm patterns on musical-perceptive and vocal abilities of general primary education four-grade pupils. The research also displays the correlation between musical aptitudes and musical abilities. The applied music-related training brought the anticipated results in form of the increase of the musical skills under research.
