Summary/Abstract: The article describes the process nature of football. On the basis of the best football clubs of the world: the roles in the process team were proposed, the need to train the routine behaviour was identified and the appropriate allocation of talent and creation a team culture were described. Moreover, a model of process team and a structure of process organization were presented.
