Role and significance of knowledge in the management of human capital in a small enterprise (Hydro-Pomp Ltd. company)

Summary/Abstract: The author’s intention is to prove the thesis that employees’ knowledge is a deciding factor for the quality of human capital in a small enterprise. Educated employees are well prepared for their functions within an organisation. They are perceived as trustworthy, it is easy for them to enter into interpersonal relations, they tend to be less suspicious and more suited for cooperation in comparison with employees whose knowledge is at a low level.
