Summary/Abstract: The pursuit of the organization to gain competitive advantage involves the need to change and innovate. It seems that this challenge must meet all organizations regardless of industry, size, location, etc. In the article, the attention is focused on the customer service in the beauty salon as a particular case, the organization focused on creating customer value. The main objective of this article is to present the methodology of coaching as a way of improving the standard customer service process in the sector of cosmetic services. The article tries to demonstrate that a dedicated coaching effectiveness, increases customer service process aimed at customer loyalty to the brand.
