Summary/Abstract: Professional liability insurance or malpractice insurance has been rapidly developed in recent years and has the role of covering the damage caused during or in connection with the pursuing a profession by an authorized and active specialist in that profession. As a rule, malpractice insurance can be found in the legal and medical professions, but also in the technical or financial-economic ones, being mandatory throughout the exercise of the professions.
