Summary/Abstract: Current demographic changes, for example the ageing society or the population decline, constitute a challenge for contemporary organizations. The objective of this article is to assess the multigenerational management in terms of recruiting the generation Z as a response to the demographic changes which are taking place nowadays. The case study method has been used to illustrate the cooperation between organizations and secondary schools which is one of the forms of boosting the attractiveness of an organization as an employer.
