Summary/Abstract: Current demographic processes are a challenge on the labour market. Cooperation of four generations becomes necessary. The solution to this situation may be multigenerational management, including activities aimed at the effective use of each employee’s potential, regardless of age or length of work experience. The article begins with an introduction presenting the current state of knowledge about multigenerational management and the benefits resulting from it. Next, the author presents the outcomes of surveys, the purpose of which was to recognize and then assess the systems of the management of agediverse teams in Polish organizations. The purpose of the article is to present of good management practices in this area. The article ends with a summary in which the most important conclusions from the research have been formulated.
