Summary/Abstract: Each of the existing enterprises guarantees certain working conditions to employees. Adaptation or lack thereof can affect employees in a variety of ways, and what is related to their health. Thanks to the analysis and assessment of the work environment, it is possible to determine the above-mentioned impact, which can have both negative and positive impact on the work process itself, as well as on people associated with it. Knowing the influence of the studied factors, in some cases it is possible to modify them, which causes its change, and thus the purposeful improvement of working conditions. The purpose of this article is to present the welder’s work environment and hazards resulting from the employee’s working conditions.
