Summary/Abstract: The paper concerns the relationship between intellectual capital and a company’s image. It is assumed that relational capital, one component of intellectual capital, consists of a company’s image and ways of forming it. On the other hand, intellectual capital can be treated as an instrument supporting this process. The purpose of this paper is to identify selected instances where the components of a company’s intellectual capital were related to activities forming the company’s image. Relational capital and company organizational culture (within the framework of structural/organizational capital) play a part in forming a positive company image.
