Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is the presentation of importance of coaching in support of management in Turquoise Organization, which was made on the basis of literature research. Turquoise Organization is a relatively new organizational model with a specific management system based on three main pillars: goal awareness, self-management and supporting employee development. In order to achieve them, a work environment is created that fosters the humanity of employees and their well-being, which leads to emotional involvement. The authors see the opportunity to change the organization into turquoise ones in the active use of coaching, which promotes the awareness of values, priorities and personal goals,awareness of their own potential and its development, and achieving the goals set. At the same time, this personal development instrument can be used at many levels of management, in fact fostering the liquidation of formal levels, for the support of coaching.
