Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the political thought of Hussein Ćišić, emphasizing his work during the Second World War and the pre-war period until 1946. The aim of the paper is to reconstruct the civic thought as the most important aspect of his political and national beliefs and we will do so based on the written documents that Husein Ćišić submitetd to the Constitutional Assembly in 1946 while he was a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliamentary Club
