Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this analysis is to try to support the process of training in the legal disciplines of the students in the Social Sciences department at the Faculty of Medicine in Trakia University – Stara Zagora.The work focuses on the presentation of the main constitutional texts influencing the rights of children and institutions committed to their rights, as well as short sentences of texts of the law on judging people related to the subject. The aim is to enable students to understand the role of constitutional texts that are multiplied on our national legislation and influence the behavior of children.
