Summary/Abstract: Since mankind was freed from the slavery of the devil through the death of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross and through the events that followed, the present pastoral text speaks about the Holy Cross. Although the word “cross” has more than one meaning, the author only refers to the wood on which God the Son Incarnate was crucified and to the very place where He was crucified.
