Summary/Abstract: One of the most important steps in increasing the performance and productivity of employees is to improve employee sense of belonging to the workplace. For this, it is necessary to create a management policy by considering the psychological and social developments of the employees. In this study, it is investigated whether the work and social attitude levels according to the demographic characteristics of the employees working in different departments constitute homogeneous clusters. By analyzing the same and different groups, It was compared. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there were not very sharp differences but some groups showed similarity and others showed a different tendency from the other groups. Optimal Scale Technique, which is now frequently used in the field of social sciences, provides ease of use to researchers in categorical data analysis and gives consistent results. In our study, Nonlinear Canonical Correlation Analysis (CANALS), a type of Optimal Scaling Techniques, was used as an analysis method.
