Summary/Abstract: Today the competition process requires from the organizations to take into consideration the perspective of a client in their daily activities. It concerns business organizations as well as local governments. In the article the way to monitor such requirements has been presented. They are: introducing ISO norms with the process management, communication with the clients on obligatory, supportive and promotional level. Moreover, the results of research have shown that there are a lot of documents in local governments which are of a great importance as for the processes and possibilities to develop in an economic and social way. Such a document is for example The Strategy of Social and Economic Development and Long Term Investment Plan.
