To the conformity of biological and legal faterhood in the context of the child's right to know his origin

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the child's right to know his/her origin especially there where the legal faterhood does not correspond to his real genetic creator. It reminds relevant case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. The authors also express their opinion to the possibility to declare existence of kinship in these situations recently mentioned by the Constitutional Court.
