Summary/Abstract: The literary criticism noted that the poet Anatol Codru affirmed himself by a special way of rendering the reality, which is profoundly metaphorically perceived. He achieved this by constantly improving his expressive creativity. In Anatol Codru’s poetry, the organic conjugation of reality with metaphysics, of the ballad with surrealism, of the archaic / biblical expression with the neologism is often done through spontaneous procedures and figures of style. And, after the poet Anatol Codru’s affirmation in the art of film, we notice a more dynamic perception of the reality expressed by procedures and modalities specific to the cinematic language in his poetic creation. This original artistic / aesthetic phenomenon for the poetic language, stimulated by the influence of film language, is expressed by dynamism of movement, through kinetics as a result of visualization. Thus, Anatol Codru appeals to his poetic creation for the creative application of some procedures and effects from the cinematic language in order to amplify the intensity of the poetic state, to enhance the meanings of expression or artistic image. These ideas for a comparative aesthetics with reference to literature ↔ film correlations are argued with examples from the Codrian poetry in which the author used in the context of poetic language some ways of cinematic expression such as stop-frame, panorama view, montage, counterpoint, angling, cutting up, etc.
