Summary/Abstract: Petar Dachev, better known in the Bulgarian cultural space as a landscape painter and marinist, is the author of the book of reports The Unknown Tsarigrad (1942). Upon his return from the Republic of Turkey in 1932, where with some interruptions he spent around ten years of his life, he started working as a reporter for various newspapers and magazines in Sofia while cooperating in the texts of various other printed media. More than twenty of his reports published in the newspapers of Daga, Novi dni and in Venets magazine are presented for the first time through this paper.
