Summary/Abstract: Our research highlights and analyzes a series of contemporary testimonies, diplomatic and military accounts/reports, and also analyzes the European press, in particular the French press, regarding the great battles of Mãrãsti, Mãrãsesti, and Oituz from the summer of 1917 on the Romanian Front.
