Summary/Abstract: All men have the right, regardless of race, faith or gender, to pursue the irmaterial progress and spiritual development in freedom and dignity, in economic securityand with equal chances. Any national and international policy must have as a central aim theachievement of the conditions to achieve this result. Maternity protection is a fundamentalright to work and must be provided with safety and health conditions for the survival of themother and the child. Women should be allowed to successfully combine the role ofproduction and that of reproduction, for life itself.
