Summary/Abstract: This article comes with a vision of the authors on the fact that the clustering of innovative industries of the pharmaceutical branch is a good platform for the interaction of government and business. In terms of socio-economic development of the country, the development of clusters has a positive effect on employment, a positive change in its structure and brings a raising the level of average wages.It is important to understand that the cluster approach is essentially aimed at solving the problems that are currently central to the economies of developing countries and require urgent consideration. The revitalization of pharmaceutical innovations and technologies within the pharmaceutical cluster will be a powerful impulse to the development of regional economies, the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
