Summary/Abstract: This paper, in a short manner, aims to show the problem of one segment of the modern international economic order. This problem is reflected by the activities of economic espionage, which, with the development of industrial production, has become a kind of economic lifestyle. For the purpose of economic prosperity, as well as political influence, information of all kinds is collected, every part of this information is assessed and separately treated. Also, schools for economic espionage have been established in oder to improve training, but also measures for protection from such activities have been undertaken. Legal protection at the state level has proven to be insufficient, and the protection of the private sector security, in various forms, is increasingly coming to the fore.
