Summary/Abstract: The article develops the idea of absorption of pedagogical competences in the process of e-learning. It discusses the ability to form international pedagogical competence for that e-learning provides great opportunities. At the same time the difficulties in the theory of education in defining the category of “competence” are highlighted.
