Decruitment Conversation – Objectives and Course

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the reasons for holding decruitment conversations and their course. To accomplish this goal, own research was carried out using semi-structured written interviews. The results of the research have shown that a properly conducted decruitment conversation makes it easier to leave the employee and obtain information about the company from him. It also allows to avoid a drop in the self-esteem of a departing employee.
