Summary/Abstract: Mobility and flexibility of the employees from the Millenium generation, which increasingly represented on the labor market, cause that these employees more often decideto change their place of work, employer or even profession. Employers must therefore face another challenge – shaping relationships with employees which leaving the organization. The article presents the expectations of Millenium generation towards former employers from the perspective of shaping relations after leaving the organization. Own research, presentedin the paper, was carried out using the CAWI online survey on a sample of 205 former employees. They prove, among others, that young employees are willing to maintain relations with former employers, expecting that employers will accept their decisions to leave the organization and will be supporting former employees in the development of their careers.
