Development of the Sport and Recreation Complex in Poddębice – Customers Perspective

Summary/Abstract: The paper demonstrates the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in 2016 among customers of the sports and recreation facilities in Poddębice, lodzkie voivodeship, Poland. It provides an assessment of the present state of the complex and its potential for the city, but also presents the needs and expectations of the local community with regard to future development of the analyzed area. The outcomes of this questionnaire may serve as an inspiration for local government. The survey results are assessed in the light of the specific character of the area associated with the functioning of the sports and recreation complex.
