Summary/Abstract: The judgment is jurisdictional act, finally, through which the court gives rights relating to the legal dispute between the parties and therefore need to enjoy a number of safeguards including the authenticity, legality, power enforceable obligation, enforceability and res judicata. Res judicata is a prerequisite of other effects of receiving a judgment, in that it is considered that expresses the truth of the matter solved and also a safe place to be contradicted later by another judge. Relatively effect of res judicata is only a temporary issue, it’s consequences is subject to the flow of time.
