Summary/Abstract: Introduction: The article discusses the issue of the ethical practice of the profession by a pharmacist. A modern pharmacist should consciously take on the responsibility to serve the sick. The specifics of the profession of pharmacist require care for public health. Core of Work: In his professional work pharmacist should follow the regulations of the Code of Ethics in professional and personal life. A pharmacist in his business, for example, pharmacy, should be guided by his specialist knowledge (pharmacy), humanistic values, legal regulations and traditions of polish pharmacies. The rules of a pharmacist's ethics result from moral, legal and general principles of deontology. The article will attempt to answer the question whether modern regulations sufficiently regulate the ethics of a pharmacist.
