Summary/Abstract: Job satisfaction is the feelings and opinions of the laborers’ that results of laborers’ assessment about their jobs. This study examined the effect of the factors, what main of laborers ’ success and productivity in their working-life, as perceptions from work, opportunities to promotion, pay and their co-workers on perception of managers. Survey was conducted with 158 workers from irrigation associations in Turkey. The hypotheses of the study were tested by regression analysis. The fındings indicate that laborers ’ perception work satisfaction, satisfaction from promotion opportunities, satisfaction from pay and perception satisfaction from co-workers has an effect on perception satisfaction from manager.
