RESEARCH ON ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN BULGARIAN ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the scientific literature view of the various authors for the concept "organizational culture", its essence and content, as well as the most common types of culture. The second part reviews the research done in our country and conducts a survey of organizational culture using Cameron & Quinn (OCAI) methodology in an attempt to establish the similarities and differences between organizational culture in state and private organizations.
