Summary/Abstract: In addition, the functions of organizational culture and their impact on strategic management will be examined. The functions that are in the economic literature will be added and supplemented. The concept and importance of organizational culture is attributable only to the main issues in academic research and education as well as to organizational theory and management practice. The importance of the concept of organizational culture in the horizon of organizational life is one of the main reasons for recognizing the role of organizational culture in governance. The organizational culture was issued through a questionnaire based on the model of D. Denison, in accordance with this organizational culture, which depends on four main areas - succession, consistency, sustainability and mission; each sphere is measured by three indicators.
