Summary/Abstract: The study addresses the idea of changing the organizational culture, which does not depend on the size of the company. A necessary prerequisite for the success of this process are the perceptions of the managers and their ability to create conditions for change, as well as to motivate the members of the organization to achieve it. The research purpose is to develop a draft model for the improvement of the organizational culture. The first part deals with the need for analysis and evaluation of the organizational culture. The second part examines methods and models for studying organizational culture in an attempt to identify similarities and differences between them, and the last part presents a draft model for improving organizational culture.
