Summary/Abstract: As is known, competition is the basis for today's world economic system. The most effective way of protecting competition is to provide maintenance to the existence of small and medium-sized businesses occupying a pivotal place in the national economy. SMEs' first contribution is to create production and employment area for their country. However, the contribution of SMEs is not only limited by production, but also they have some contributions in the social and political area. SMEs must have enough pecuniary resource for fulfilling assignments imposed on them. The first pecuniary recource is equity and the second is the credits that they have provided from various financial institutions.
