Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to perform relational analysis of traditional children's games and Schiller's theory of play in the context of organized exhibition works. The sampling of the research is consisted of the exhibition works that organized by Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Painting Education graduate students; Ayça Koncina, Eda Uygan, Can Çobanoğlu and Hüseyin Ulus within the scope of ‘‘Aufhebung Analysis in Artistic Perception’’, ‘‘Comparative Turkish and World Arts’’ and ‘‘Advanced Painting Design lectures’’. From this point of view, while the conceptions of art and game were reviewing, the relation of game concept with culture was mentioned. The game, which is defined as the whole of activities that are only used in leisure time, how important it is in the life of an individual and its relationship with art has been revealed directly. As for the second section, analysis was conducted on the traditional Turkish Culture and accordingly the Schiller and game theory that emphasized the game was in close relationship with art was resolved. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the game activity which has an important effect on the formation of culture has a direct interaction with art in terms of its own existence and this activity is a tool for the child to reach saturation in his / her future life.
