Summary/Abstract: Quality of work life of professionals working in the hospitals within the service sector has been an important issue in terms of increasing the success and productivity of business and quality of the organizations. This study was conducted to determine the quality of work life of healthcare professionals employed in hospitals. In the study, "Healthcare Professionals’ Quality of Work Life Scale" consisting of 27 dimensions in six dimensions and developed by Aydin et al. (2011) was used. The population of the study constitutes a Training and Research Hospital operating in Ankara. As a result of the research; statistically significant differences were found between variables of age, gender, monthly income, educational status and working time and quality of work life scores. It was determined that the age of the employees affects the quality of work life scores positively, whereas gender affects the quality of work life in the negative direction. Furthermore, monthly income, education status, and lastly, work time in the organization positively and significantly determine the quality of work life scores.
