Summary/Abstract: The main purpose o f the present study was to explore the structure o f emotional dimensions of hypersensitive' type o f paranoid personality, referring to the relationship o f this personality disorder-reflected in increased emotional, behavioral and interpersonal problems-with possible significant negative effects on its Quality of Life /QOL/. The obtained indicators are in accordance with the general finding that this type of personality possesses the personality traits and styles which make him/her disrupted in its social surrounding, disabling him/her to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. The comments and suggestions were made concerning the possible implications o f these endings for QOL research.
