The Council of Ministers in corpore as a body controlled by the Sejm – constitutional considerations

Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author analyzed the data of the Council of Ministers as subject of parliamentary control. The Council of Ministers in corpore is the most important constitutional entity subject of this control. For the functioning of the Republic of Poland’s parliamentary system of government, it is significant by which Sejm entities and with which forms and types of instruments the Council of Ministers is controlled.
