Summary/Abstract: This chapter discusses implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU1 into Polish law. The CRD was implemented into Polish law by the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683) which entered into force on 25 December 2014.
