In addition, it was found that the compulsive working had a negative effect on the work family conflict and the family work conflict and the effect on the family work conflict were found to be more. While the work family conflict has a positive effect on the turnover intention, it has been concluded that family work conflict has a positive and lower effect on the turnover intention.
