Summary/Abstract: In this article author is dealing with the problem of genesis and establishing of scientific fact. In the first part is given philosophical treatment of the problem and its futility, for the reason given in Minhausen trilema as a conclusion of this kind of treatment. Second part of the article contains the review of Ludvik Fleck’s positive epistemology and of social constructivism. After the short historical review of the roots of social constructivism in the Mannheim’s sociology of knowledge, author describes how it goes with erstablishing of scientific fact.
