Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the institution of conditional liberation from the perspective of legality and opportunity conditions, as well as the issue of supervised condemned conditionally liberated. The author addresses the issue of the resilience of condemned conditionally liberated, by making proposals de lege ferenda on the way of analyzing the opportunity condition of the conditionally liberation.
