Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the procedure for granting conditional liberation, from the perspective of its two procedural phases – administrative procedure and judicial procedure, the first performed before the commission for conditional liberation from the penitentiary, and the second before the court of first instance, in the first instance, and the tribunal of the appeal.
