Summary/Abstract: Juvenile delinquency is a component of crime. It is a phenomenon of deviance, manifested by the inability of some minors / adolescents to adapt to the norms of conduct in society. This disability is due to bio-psycho-social causes.We consider juvenile delinquency a serious problem of society. Reducing its negative effects requires a complex study plan, a multidisciplinary approach. The issue of juvenile delinquency must be addressed in more detail after the execution of a deprivation or non-deprivation educational measure, through the probation service.Juvenile delinquency is a complex phenomenon, which defines all the behaviors that are in conflict with the values protected by the criminal norms. The specialists who studied this phenomenon talk about causes, factors, motivations of juvenile delinquency, or delinquent profiles. Each exacerbates the importance, the influence of the sociological, psychological, economic, psychiatric, etc., in relation to the profession they exercise. Strictly legal, it is characterized by the violation of norms that reflect the requirements of any form of human coexistence.
