SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR OF YOUNGS AND THE RISK OF AIDS AMONG THE YOUNGS LN BELGRADE

Summary/Abstract: If at the end we were to form a picture winch could act as an equation of the risk of AIDS infection with young people, it could be done as follows; The so-called critical as well as general knowledge of AIDS is very high. However, this does not mean that it decisively influences behavior. This is not a new finding and it is in accord with some previous results of KAP studies which served as a basis of first program of prevention (Cucic, V., 1992; Crockett, L., 1993; Di Clewente, R & Flausen, W. et. al., 1996), and also with our previous research on social reaction to AIDS. Out of all attitudes tested in the regressional model, important (even if low) correlation with knowledge were detected in but a few which directly related with personal risk.
