Summary/Abstract: The temporary agent contract innovates a tripartite relationship in the employment relationship between an authorized temporary work agent, a temporary worker and a user of such work, materialized in two distinct documents: the labor contract and the employment contract between agent and user. The following material presents in general terms specific aspects related to this type of individual labor contract, also within it will be made reference to the obligations imposed on the users of temporary employees, to the procedure of authorization of the temporary work agent, as well as the benefits of using this type of contract for both the employee and the user.
