Summary/Abstract: The article describes the stages of creation by the playwright, director and actors for the purpose of creating the documentary performance MI(N)ORITY . The actors describe ideological conflicts, discrimination cases, anti-Semitic prejudices, xenophobic and racist ideas in a society that claims to be democratic, but also the life stories of representatives of ethnic communities who have integrated into social life; the cultural diversity in Moldova, the specifics and traditions of the ethnic groups in the country. MI(N)ORITY is one of the first steps of the Moldovan theatre approaching ethnic minority issues, based on interviews with their representatives.
