Summary/Abstract: In the context of the relations and interactions of mural art and various forms of plastic and applied arts, a deepening of knowledge for professional training of the mural artist is required; an important role is the knowledge of the images and symbolsof the medieval church painting in Moldova. The article focuses on the presentation and image analysis of stairs.
