Summary/Abstract: Gastronomic productsare one of the important elements that contribute to tourism marketing. With the increase in the time people spend outside, the interest in streettastes has increased. Festivals for street delicacie sare organized in the world and in ourcountry, these festivals contribute to the tourism marketing of cities and have an increasing effect on tourism revenues. Almost allovert he world, there are street delicacie sthatreflectthe cultures of the countries. Today, as a result of increasing interest in street flavors, these flavors aremarketedby companies. These companies plan organizations withvarious concepts. These street delicacies can be grouped as products of animalorigin, seafood, pastries, drinks, dessertsand fruits. Tasting of street delicacies give slocaland foreign tourists an idea about cities in order to getto know the culture of that country and the city. In this review, street delicacies will be treated as gastronomic products.
