Summary/Abstract: Labor conflicts have always been a fundamental subject and the methods of solving them have undergone modifications across time. Solving labor conflicts leads, in most cases, to the improvement of the relations between employees and employers at the same time offering solutions to prevent the trigger of these conflicts. This article approaches general aspects regarding the evolution of the regulation of the labor conflicts in Romania as well as the presentation of the present solving procedure
