Summary/Abstract: In the context of the current economy, we appreciate that the agrarian law is a stand-alone branch of law, given the complexity of the social relations specific to the agricultural field and the actors that govern this activity. We are also considering subjects of public and private law involved in specific legal relations of agrarian law. Agrarian law issues have a certain specificity from the point of view of the book if we report ab initio to the Law of Land Fund, namely Law no. 18/1991 (modified and republished), considered as a remedy for all owners of agricultural land ownership rights that were either confiscated by the state or donated to it in a fortuitous context in which there was no other decision.
